Life expectancy from 2014-2018

Life expectancy has increased over the years with the average being around 80 and individuals living well into their 100s. In the beginning many weren’t living past their 40s as we had learned within history courses, now we have exceeded that by double. The northern parts of New Jersey especially Hunterdon and Bergen have the highest life expectancy while southern New Jersey does not. Cumberland is shown to have the lowest life expectancy with the average being 75.8 years.
